An item is appearing as 'sold out'. Will more become available?
Yes, no items have been discontinued. Each piece is handcrafted by me and may be unavailable while I work to create more. I do my best to replenish sold out pieces as quickly as possible. The best way to stay up to date on shop news and be informed of new and restocked pieces is to follow along on Twitter, where I post an announcement each time I replenish stock of popular pieces.
May I purchase a piece today that is listed as temporarily sold out?
No, at this time I am unable to accept pre-orders.
May I request a length alteration?
Yes, I am happy to make minor length adjustments for a perfect fit on pieces where the design allows. To make your request, use the 'comments about your order' section when ordering.
My international order is taking longer to arrive than expected. When can I expect it?
Unfortunately, customs delays vary widely by country and I am unable to tell you exactly how long each region will take for processing through customs.
